Child diagnosed with global brain damage due to a lack of oxygen (severe HIE) during labor and delivery-due to baby’s heart rate not being monitored for several hours-baby was born emergency c-section-lifeless. Now child is non verbal, wheelchair bound, on seizure medication to maintain active seizures, and will never live a normal life.
