The plaintiff diagnosed with severe HIE following a birth injury she sustained at birth-born emergency csection w/thick green meconium and apgars of 1,1,0.0 after failed vaginal delivery w/several vacuum attempts. The plaintiff will be wheelchair and non verbal her entire life; currently, she has little to no head/neck movement. She is on a trach-dependant on a vent and is gtube fed.
