Child has been diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy after she sustained a profound HIE injury when her heart rate in utero declined for over 24hrs; severe delay in performing an emergency c-section. Child requires botox injections to help her move her limbs; otherwise she is wheelchair bound with little movement.
