Wrongful death of baby at 3day of age on 6/20/22 at Kaiser Permenente Roseville Medical Center; Autopsy showed that child passed away due to severe HIE. Mother was in labor being induced for almost 4days with child’s heart rate fluctuating-child was born vaginally-not breathing; and was subsequently sent to the NICU for brain cooling; she unfortunately didnt make it.
