The plaintiff is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, after suffering a lack of oxygen (Severe HIE) during labor and delivery when mother’s uterus and placenta both ruptured with a delayed emergency csection. Child suffers seizures; she is wheelchair bound w/little to no neck control-she will likely never roll, crawl, stand or walk. She is non verbal, oxygen dependant and mostly gtube fed.
