Vadim Braslavsky joined the Law Offices of Bruce G. Fagel after many years of representing individual and institutional healthcare providers in medical malpractices and related matters with a focus on complex medical issues and catastrophic injuries. Prior to law, Vadim was trained as a Physician Assistant and brings his unique background in the medical field to our firm. After immigrating to the US with his family, Vadim obtained Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY where he graduated cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Vadim earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law where he served as an associate editor of Berkeley Technology Law Journal.
Vadim was selected to the list of the Southern California Super Lawyers, representing top 5% of practicing attorneys, in 2013 and 2014. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts, including California Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Court for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
