Dr. Fagel negotiated a $7,500,000 settlement for the family where medical negligence by doctors and the hospital resulted in the patient having spastic quadriparetic cerebral palsy, developmental delay, a seizure disorder, a tracheostomy, and is fed through a gastrostomy tube, all of which was caused by a hypoxic ischemic brain damage that he suffered during the events of a negligently managed labor, delivery and resuscitation that occurred at the hospital.
