Fagel negotiated a $7,500,000 settlement for the family where medical negligence by doctors and the hospital resulted in mixed spastic/hypotonic quadri paretic and choreoathetoid cerebral palsy, epilepsy, g-tube dependence and the need for supplemental oxygen after the doctors and the hospital failed to take even the most basic precautions to protect the patient from the ravages of severe hyperbilirubinemia.
